Tom Hospod is the Co-Founder & CEO, where he focuses on making complex zoning, permitting, and incentives understandable and actionable for the diverse stakeholders who rely on the platform. His role centers on building trust with cities, developers, and partners and ensuring the product reflects real regulatory requirements. For more than a decade, Tom has worked at the intersection of law, policy, and development - helping deliver $150M+ in inclusive, affordable projects and advising jurisdictions including San Francisco and the State of Tennessee on zoning modernization and permitting reform. Earlier in his career, he managed feasibility and entitlements for PE-backed multifamily and healthcare projects at Capitol Seniors Housing and served as regulatory counsel at Sovos, a global SaaS compliance leader - experience that grounds the product in code-level accuracy, compliance, and real-world development needs. As part of the founding team, Tom leads strategy, partnerships, and product validation to ensure the platform delivers measurable value to public and private users. He holds a B.A. from Boston College, a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Real Estate Investment Certificate from Harvard Extension School. He is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
